The best are (1) great at building relationships, (2) they have a high level of competency in their given market/position, and (3) they simply work harder and more strategically than others. This VP said I am one of those people, and my great passion and talent is developing these three qualities in others.

I am a results-oriented sales trainer and coach who has worked my way up through the sales trenches by selling tangible and intangible products. I have done it all and I have the battle scars to prove it. I bring 25+ years of extremely successful sales, an endless passion for teaching sales greatness, and observation skills that address what is getting in the way of someone’s top sales performance.


My custom approach is different from other sales trainers. I get to the heart of what your sales people need to win big. My high-energy, laser-focused sales coaching techniques uncover what each sales person needs to build stronger client relationships and become one of the top sales professionals in their industry.

The people I coach and train learn sales skills for life. I won’t give you a cookie cutter approach or a one-size-fits-all answer. You won’t be locked into a contract. My goal is to accelerate the learning curve for whatever area you need to address. I will listen intently to what you feel you need. I will ask questions to further identify our focus areas.
